Many activities are possible around Bouillante, here are some ideas :

  • short sailing cruises onboard Daïto, our own 44 feet sloop
  • scuba diving or snorkeling in the 'Cousteau' reserve
  • visiting the 'Mamelles' park (Guadeloupe zoo), visiting the botanic garden
  • abseiling, canyoning, kayaking and canoeing in the surrounding forest
  • lazing at Malendure beach, snorkeling among turtles
  • trekking on the mountains around, and to the 'Soufriere' volcano
  • swimming in the hot springs of Bouillante
  • discovering the waterfalls all over the surrounding mountains
  • ... and many other activities that we will suggest you as soon as we meet !
We recommend you :

  • Around the sea:
Rent a canoe and discover the Pigeon islets. Don't forget your fins, mask and snorkel, and swim among parrotfishes, with or without diving bottles or, more "grandpa", take the glass-bottom boat. During March, come and watch the sperm whales, dolphins and humpback whales along the leeward coast ... amazing experience. If you like deep-sea fishing, professionals are waiting for you for a sporty day.
  • And inland:
Lace your trekking shoes, don't forget your water cask, and, with or without a mountain guide, walk on one of the many tracks that criss-cross the 'leeward coast' of Basse Terre. On the way to the 'Traversee' road, don't forget to stop at the 'Crayfish Cascade' and to visit the 'Mamelles' park. And if you do like wide spaces, wake up very early in the morning and climb up 'La Soufriere' volcano !

And whatever your project, we can help you to organize it before coming !
